A.Technical description of civil affairs inflatable tent:
The frame structure of this inflatable tent is an inflatable air column frame, which is designed with the principle of structural mechanics, and uses the gas pressure characteristics to expand the airbag to form a rigid column. It is produced by a combination of adhesive bonding and high-frequency heat sealing. It has good air tightness and can be used for up to a week after being inflated once. Because the air column is a soft body, it is convenient to carry and pack after exhausting. The canopy is made of 750g/㎡ white PVC, which has good waterproof, flame retardant and UV resistance.
B.Structural characteristics of civil inflatable tents:
1. When the tent is in use, open the package and flatten the four corners. The inflatable tent can be quickly formed. The tent air column is equipped with a safety valve. If the air pressure exceeds the specified value, the gas will be automatically discharged, which will not affect the normal use of the tent. Because of its unique structure and soft body, it can be erected in 3-5 minutes with an electric pump.
2. The inner canopy is lined with Shumei silk, and the inner lining and the outer hood are connected with nylon white velcro buttons. The outer tent and the inner tent are designed separately. When used outdoors, due to the large temperature difference between day and night, water vapor may be generated. The main reason for designing the inner tent is The reason is that the generated water vapor can flow to the ground along the inner side of the outer tent, preventing the water vapor from entering the inner tent. The window includes screen window transparent film, blackout curtain, retractable and mosquito repellent.
The windows and doors are equipped with rain strips and rain pads, so there is no need to worry about water leakage when using them outdoors. The door zipper adopts a double-head zipper design, which is convenient to use.
3. There are side doors on both sides of the tent, and there are hook and loop fasteners around the side doors. The same tent can be connected and used.
C.Precautions for the use of civil inflatable tents:
1. When the tent is unfolded, choose a flat site, keep away from fire sources, and avoid contact with sharp objects on the ground and its surroundings, and do not drag on the ground after packaging or unfolding;
2. After the inflation is completed, lock each valve port device to check whether there is any air leakage (listen by ear or brush with soap to detect air leakage);
3. The inflation pressure should be kept in the range of 15-20KPA, check whether the air column pressure is normal on time, and repair it in time if any abnormality is found;
4. Use environment: the temperature is -50℃-70℃.
5. It is strictly forbidden to open fire in the inflatable tent, and it is forbidden to hang heavy objects on the frame (if you need to hang objects, you must be authorized by the manufacturer);
6. It is forbidden to contact with acid, alkali and chemicals;
7. When retracting the tent, open the door or window, and fold the air column after the gas is exhausted.
